CD20
CD20，即B淋巴細(xì)胞抗原，別名MS4A1，是一種在B細(xì)胞表面表達(dá)的跨膜磷蛋白。它在B細(xì)胞的發(fā)育過(guò)程中，從前體B細(xì)胞到成熟B細(xì)胞的各個(gè)階段均有表達(dá)，但在漿細(xì)胞和造血干細(xì)胞中不表達(dá)。CD20在超過(guò)95%的B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤中高度表達(dá)，而在正常組織中表達(dá)較低，使其成為治療B細(xì)胞相關(guān)疾病的有效靶點(diǎn)。CD20的作用機(jī)制涉及調(diào)節(jié)B細(xì)胞的活化、增殖和分化。抗CD20單克隆抗體，如利妥昔單抗，通過(guò)激活補(bǔ)體系統(tǒng)和抗體依賴(lài)性細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞毒性作用（ADCC）來(lái)消滅B細(xì)胞來(lái)源的腫瘤細(xì)胞。此外，CD20還參與B細(xì)胞受體（BCR）的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)，與多種細(xì)胞表面蛋白相互作用，對(duì)B細(xì)胞的生物學(xué)功能具有重要意義。
