SLFN11
SLFN11，全稱為Schlafen 11，是一種干擾素誘導的抗病毒限制因子，具有tRNA內切核糖核酸酶和DNA結合功能。它在復制應激期間被招募到停滯的復制叉，并可能不可逆地觸發(fā)復制阻塞和細胞死亡。SLFN11的基因參與細胞在化療后的細胞命運決定，并編碼N-末端核糖核酸酶(RNase)結構域和C-末端解旋酶/ATP酶結構域。這些結構域對化療反應的貢獻仍有爭議。SLFN11在循環(huán)腫瘤細胞中的動態(tài)表達可作為小細胞肺癌的液體生物標志物，其表達水平在接受鉑類治療的患者中較低，并且與臨床反應相關。在預測對包括鉑類藥物和PARP抑制劑在內的多種藥物引起的DNA損傷治療的反應中，SLFN11是一個有前景的生物標志物。
