SEPTIN4
SEPTIN4，也稱為SEPT4，是一種在細胞骨架中發(fā)揮重要作用的蛋白。它參與細胞分裂和細胞形態(tài)維持，對于細胞的正常生長和分裂至關重要。SEPTIN4蛋白在多種疾病中扮演關鍵角色，包括癌癥。在癌癥中，SEPTIN4的表達水平常常升高，這可能與腫瘤細胞的侵襲和轉移有關。目前，研究人員正在探索SEPTIN4作為癌癥治療靶點的可能性，以期開發(fā)出新的治療策略。此外，SEPTIN4還與心血管疾病和神經(jīng)退行性疾病等疾病有關。
