Reg3g
Reg3g，全稱為再生胰島源蛋白3γ，常見別名包括REG3γ。它是一種分泌型蛋白，主要在腸道上皮細胞中表達，小腸部位的含量尤其高。這種蛋白能精準識別腸道里某些革蘭氏陽性菌的細胞壁成分，通過結合這些成分限制細菌過度生長，維持腸道菌群的穩定狀態，同時保護腸道黏膜屏障不被破壞，減少有害物質進入身體。
在腸道炎癥相關疾病中，比如潰瘍性結腸炎患者的腸道組織里，Reg3g的表達水平常會發生異常變化；小鼠實驗發現，缺少Reg3g的小鼠更容易被腸道致病菌感染，引發腸道炎癥。目前關于Reg3g的研究多聚焦在腸道感染和炎癥性腸病的治療上，一些科研團隊正嘗試利用它的抗菌特點開發新型腸道靶向藥物，或者通過調節其表達來緩解腸道炎癥，但這些藥物還處于實驗室研究階段，尚未進入臨床試驗環節。
