ROBO4
ROBO4，全稱為Roundabout homolog 4，別名包括MRB、AOVD3和ECSM4。該蛋白主要表達(dá)于內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞，參與血管生成和內(nèi)皮屏障的建立，并位于細(xì)胞外外體泡中。ROBO4與主動脈瓣疾病3相關(guān)，其突變可能導(dǎo)致主動脈瓣畸形、狹窄和升主動脈瘤等病癥。此外，ROBO4還參與調(diào)控心臟系統(tǒng)靜脈回流和心包膜的發(fā)育，其缺失會導(dǎo)致小鼠發(fā)育過程中的腎臟缺失和輸尿管發(fā)育不全。ROBO4蛋白通過與SLIT2蛋白結(jié)合，發(fā)揮抑制細(xì)胞間粘附介導(dǎo)活性的作用，從而穩(wěn)定血管通透性和完整性。目前，針對ROBO4蛋白的藥物研發(fā)尚處于探索階段，但其在心血管疾病和腎臟疾病治療方面具有潛在的應(yīng)用價值。
