RNF214
RNF214，全稱為RING finger protein 214，也被稱為DKFZp547C195，是一種廣泛表達的蛋白，主要在睪丸、甲狀腺和其他組織中存在。RNF214蛋白與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括胎兒運動障礙序列1等。在肝癌研究中，RNF214被發(fā)現(xiàn)與不良預(yù)后相關(guān)，其高表達與肝癌的增殖、遷移和轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。目前，針對RNF214的藥物研發(fā)正在積極推進，有望為肝癌治療提供新的策略。
