PRDX6
PRDX6，全稱為過(guò)氧化物酶6，也被稱為過(guò)氧化還原蛋白6，是一種具有谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶和磷脂酶A2活性的蛋白。它在細(xì)胞內(nèi)扮演著重要的抗氧化角色，能夠清除體內(nèi)的活性氧，保護(hù)細(xì)胞免受氧化損傷。PRDX6在肺部疾病中發(fā)揮重要作用，如急性肺損傷、肺纖維化等。此外，PRDX6的表達(dá)水平與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)，因此，它也成為藥物研發(fā)的新靶點(diǎn)。目前，針對(duì)PRDX6的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在提高其抗氧化能力和抑制腫瘤生長(zhǎng)方面。
