IL9
白介素9（IL-9）是由IL-2激活的Th2淋巴細胞產(chǎn)生的免疫調(diào)節(jié)細胞因子，也被稱為細胞因子P40、T細胞生長因子P40等。IL-9可以增強T淋巴細胞、肥大細胞、紅系前體細胞和巨核細胞白血病細胞系的增殖，與多種疾病相關(guān)，如癌癥、自身免疫性疾病和其他病原體介導(dǎo)的免疫調(diào)節(jié)疾病。IL-9通過與IL9R和IL2RG受體結(jié)合，激活下游信號，發(fā)揮免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。在臨床研究中，IL-9已被發(fā)現(xiàn)與哮喘、炎癥性腸病等疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。目前，針對IL-9的藥物研發(fā)正在積極進行中，包括單克隆抗體和重組蛋白等，旨在通過調(diào)節(jié)IL-9的表達和活性，治療相關(guān)疾病。
