IL3RA
IL3RA，即白細胞介素3受體亞單位α，別名CD123。它主要來源于骨髓中的造血干細胞，特別是在活化的T細胞和NK細胞中表達較高。IL3RA的作用機制是通過與IL-3結(jié)合，進而與IL-3受體β鏈（CD131）結(jié)合，形成高親和力的受體復合體，激活與受體相關的Janus激酶（JAKs），尤其是JAK2，進而激活信號轉(zhuǎn)導和激活轉(zhuǎn)錄因子（STAT5），引發(fā)細胞內(nèi)信號傳導。IL3RA對多種造血細胞的增殖和分化的調(diào)控作用，包括粒細胞、單核細胞、巨噬細胞、嗜酸性粒細胞、嗜堿性粒細胞和肥大細胞等。IL3RA在多種血液系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤中表達，也是免疫治療和靶向治療的潛在靶點。
