HCRTR1
HCRTR1，即下丘腦神經(jīng)肽orexin受體1，別名Ox1-R。攝食行為、睡眠-覺醒周期、應(yīng)激反應(yīng)等多種生理功能相關(guān)。HCRTR1的作用機(jī)制是通過與下丘腦神經(jīng)肽orexin A的結(jié)合，激活G蛋白偶聯(lián)的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)途徑，影響下游的細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)級(jí)聯(lián)反應(yīng)。HCRTR1在調(diào)節(jié)睡眠、覺醒、能量代謝以及對(duì)應(yīng)激的響應(yīng)等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。此外，HCRTR1的功能異常與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括失眠、嗜睡癥、肥胖等，因此它也是藥物開發(fā)中的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
