HAUS7
HAUS7，全稱為HAUS augmin like complex subunit 7，常見別名為26S proteasome-associated UCH interacting protein 1（UCHL5 interacting protein 1）。該蛋白在細胞分裂過程中發揮重要作用，是HAUS augmin-like復合物的一部分，參與有絲分裂紡錘體的組裝、中心體完整性的維持以及細胞分裂的完成。研究發現，HAUS7在睪丸和卵巢中的表達水平最高，并在脾臟、胸腺、精巢等組織中也有檢測到。此外，HAUS7還與食道鱗狀細胞癌（ESCC）的發生和發展有關，其與γ-微管蛋白的相互作用對ESCC細胞的生長和存活至關重要。針對這一相互作用的治療抑制劑目前尚未出現，但已有研究證實，干擾這種相互作用可以有效抑制ESCC腫瘤的發生和發展。此外，HAUS7在神經再生中也發揮重要作用，作為DOCK3的關鍵結合伴侶，通過調控微管組裝促進軸突再生。在視神經損傷后的軸突再生過程中，HAUS7的缺失會顯著抑制再生過程，這為青光眼等神經退行性疾病的治療提供了新的靶點。目前，針對HAUS7的藥物研發主要集中在干擾其與γ-微管蛋白相互作用的治療抑制劑，以及增強HAUS7介導的微管穩定性，以促進神經再生。
