H1-0
H1-0 蛋白全稱為H1.0 接頭組蛋白，常用別名包括 H1.0、H1F0、H1FV、H10，屬于組蛋白 H1 家族的分化亞型。它主要參與染色質高級結構的穩定與壓縮，在終末分化與低增殖細胞中富集，通過約束染色質開放程度維持基因組轉錄穩態，并與組蛋白去乙酰化等修飾過程協同，參與細胞狀態維持與炎癥因子表達調控。H1-0在卵巢癌等多種腫瘤中表達異常，與化療耐藥、腫瘤侵襲及炎癥網絡紊亂密切相關，可通過調控 IL-6 等關鍵分子影響疾病進程。目前圍繞 H1-0 與 HDAC5 互作的靶向策略已進入基礎驗證階段，針對其表達調控與下游炎癥軸的小分子調節劑正在開展細胞與動物模型篩選，為耐藥腫瘤與炎癥相關疾病提供新的干預方向。

Western blotting analysis using histone H1.0 antibody. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with histone H1.0 antibody and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody respectively.
