GNA13
GNA13，全稱為鳥嘌呤核苷酸結(jié)合蛋白α13亞基，常被簡稱為Gα13。這種蛋白在細胞信號傳遞中扮演著重要角色：當細胞表面的特定受體接收到外界信號時，它會被激活，進而觸發(fā)下游一系列反應(yīng)，影響細胞的遷移、增殖和形態(tài)改變——比如幫助細胞調(diào)整內(nèi)部骨架結(jié)構(gòu)，讓細胞能夠移動到其他位置。
在疾病方面，Gα13的異常與多種病癥相關(guān)：胃癌、乳腺癌等癌癥中，它的表達量或活性失衡可能促進腫瘤細胞擴散轉(zhuǎn)移；同時，它也參與心血管系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)，若功能異常可能影響血管內(nèi)壁細胞運作，與高血壓、動脈粥樣硬化等問題存在關(guān)聯(lián)。藥物研發(fā)上，針對Gα13的治療探索仍在進行，科學家試圖找到調(diào)控其活性的小分子化合物，或靶向下游路徑的藥物，但多數(shù)還處于實驗室研究階段，尚未進入臨床應(yīng)用。
