ELAPOR1
ELAPOR1，全稱為Endosome-Lysosome Associated Apoptosis And Autophagy Regulator 1，常見別名為EIG121、KIAA1324。該蛋白是一種跨膜蛋白，由雌激素誘導(dǎo)表達(dá)，主要與內(nèi)體-溶酶體區(qū)室相關(guān)，可能在自噬和細(xì)胞增殖中發(fā)揮重要作用。在不利條件下，如饑餓和接觸細(xì)胞毒性劑，ELAPOR1可通過上調(diào)自噬途徑保護(hù)細(xì)胞免受死亡。近年來，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)ELAPOR1在精子頂體的形成中扮演關(guān)鍵角色，作為銅離子依賴的新型膜拴系因子，驅(qū)動PAVs融合形成精子頂體，為男性生殖功能提供了新的研究視角。此外，ELAPOR1與多種疾病相關(guān)，包括神經(jīng)退行性疾病和癌癥。在藥物研發(fā)方面，已有公司開始生產(chǎn)ELAPOR1蛋白，為相關(guān)疾病的研究和診斷提供重要工具。未來，針對ELAPOR1的藥物研發(fā)可能為治療這些疾病帶來新的希望。
