CCL23
CCL23，即趨化因子配體23，別名MIP-3、MPIF-1。它主要來源于肺、肝和胰腺等組織中的巨噬細胞及樹突狀細胞。通過與其特異性受體CCR1結合，CCL23能夠激活并趨化單核細胞、巨噬細胞及T淋巴細胞向炎癥或損傷部位遷移，從而在免疫應答和炎癥反應中發揮重要作用。其生物學意義廣泛，涉及自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、腫瘤等多種病理過程，是免疫調節和疾病發生發展的關鍵因子之一。
