ASPN
ASPN 蛋白全稱為天冬氨酸富含亮氨酸重復(fù)蛋白（Asporin），常見別名包括 PLAP?1、PLAP1、OS3、SLRR1C，屬于細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)中小亮氨酸富集蛋白聚糖家族成員。它主要分布于軟骨、牙周膜與結(jié)締組織，可結(jié)合膠原蛋白與鈣離子，參與基質(zhì)礦化與組織穩(wěn)態(tài)維持，同時(shí)調(diào)控軟骨發(fā)育與牙周韌帶分化，避免異常骨化。
