功能：

Binds specifically to the motif 5'-AANCYGCAA-3' (repA box) in the origin of replication. Acts preferentially in cis; binding to the repA boxes is sequential, with the boxes closest to the DnaA binding site being occupied first. It is involved in promoting open complex formation by unwinding the oriB at sequence 5'-TCTTAA-3'.
