大鼠細(xì)胞色素C氧化酶(COX)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E14281r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的COX含量。COX即環(huán)氧合酶，是催化花生四烯酸轉(zhuǎn)化為前列腺素的限速酶。它有COX-1和COX-2兩種同工酶，COX-1為結(jié)構(gòu)型，參與維持機(jī)體生理功能；COX-2為誘導(dǎo)型，在炎癥等病理狀態(tài)下表達(dá)增加。其研究機(jī)制多圍繞對(duì)這兩種同工酶的作用開(kāi)展。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為0.156 ng/mL-10 ng/mL，該產(chǎn)品適用于基礎(chǔ)科研領(lǐng)域，如探究心血管疾病、神經(jīng)退行性疾病或代謝綜合征等模型中COX的活性變化，也可用于評(píng)估藥物或環(huán)境因素對(duì)線(xiàn)粒體能量代謝通路的影響，為細(xì)胞呼吸機(jī)制研究、病理模型構(gòu)建及藥理實(shí)驗(yàn)提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)。
