兔子氧化低密度脂蛋白(OxLDL)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E06991Rb）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的OxLDL含量。OxLDL 即氧化低密度脂蛋白，是低密度脂蛋白被氧化修飾的產(chǎn)物。它在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化等疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展中起重要作用。研究機(jī)制方面，OxLDL 可被巨噬細(xì)胞攝取形成泡沫細(xì)胞，還能誘導(dǎo)炎癥反應(yīng)、促進(jìn)血管平滑肌細(xì)胞增殖遷移，加速斑塊形成。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.078 μmol/mL-5 μmol/mL，動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化動(dòng)物模型構(gòu)建、降脂藥物作用機(jī)制研究、代謝綜合征相關(guān)氧化應(yīng)激評(píng)估、心血管病理機(jī)制探索、抗氧化治療方案開發(fā)本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rabbit OxLDL in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
