小鼠極低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)酶聯免疫試劑盒（CSB-E17089m）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的VLDL含量。VLDL即極低密度脂蛋白，在人體脂質代謝中發揮重要作用。它由肝臟合成并分泌，能運輸內源性甘油三酯至外周組織。研究發現，其代謝異常與動脈粥樣硬化等心血管疾病密切相關，深入探究VLDL代謝機制對相關疾病防治意義重大。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.78 ng/mL-50 ng/mL，適用于代謝機制研究、藥物干預效果評估或營養學模型中脂質代謝動態監測，為心血管疾病或代謝綜合征基礎研究提供高效工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產品具體參數及操作步驟詳見產品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse VLDL in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

回收率：
